Latest Twist in Montclair State v. Oracle Suit


Oracle is asking a judge to throw out some claims made in a lawsuit filed against it by Montclair State University over an allegedly failed enterprise resource planning (ERP) software project. The company is requesting that allegations of fraudulent inducement, gross negligent misrepresentation and others be dismissed.
